I think I might have hemorrhoids, but I don’t know what they are exactly, and what they look like. I am always constipated and I’m always in pain down there.

if you are always constipated you more than likely force your stool,
the pressure will cause hemorrhoids…….
I’ve had problems for 43 years…..
several surgery’s….painful…..plus the recovery is 6 weeks…….you don’t go to work or school, you’re in agony

they have non surgical procedures for getting rid of internal hemorrhoids, banding…..
external ones require surgery….

hopefully you are not bleeding……

now i’ve got things manageable….

go to web md,,
make a doctors appointment……
go to the phone book and go to board certified rectal and colan Specialist……
you only have one a$$hole, take care of it, you use it once a day
don’t force you bowel movements….pushing down will cause hemorrhoids
get a stool softener from the drug store….colace ..it’s over the counter….little pills,they come in 50 and 100 mg …..take the 100 strength, just one a day….
drink water, 8 glasses a day…. this softens your stool
don’t eat cheese, it binds you up
high fiber diet is vital
white bread is bad, eat whole wheat

most important….once you get your system on track….you will be fine without the stool softener…..
webmd will have pictures and a professional explanation…..they can be disabling….go to the doc too.

good luck

Hemorrhoids are blood vessels which have expanded or ruptured internally due to pressure exerted during the normal processes of your body functions. Constipation does create them. You might talk with your Family Physician for some assistance.

If you have ever had hemorrhoids, or if this is your first time, you know how uncomfortable it is to have them. They burn, itch, and can cause sharp pain. Fortunately, they are not very hard to treat. What are Hemorrhoids?

The term “hemorrhoids” refers to a condition when the veins around the anus or lower rectum are swollen and inflamed. There are 2 types, internal and external.

Symptoms of internal hemorrhoids may include blood covering the stool, on toilet paper, or in the toilet bowl. However, they may also protrude through the anus outside the body, becoming irritated and painful. Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus that results when a blood clot forms.

Whichever type you have, it is important to get them treated right away. Prolonged delay in treating your hemorrhoids can cause severe pain, discomfort, and can cause them to extrude further, which can result in the need for surgery (rubber band ligation). It is also important to get immediate treatment, because their bleeding could mask blood from a dangerous source like colorectal cancer.
